The staff were friendly and helpful . The rooftop pool was a welcome escape after a day of exploring. I enjoyed relaxing there. The room was spacious and clean with useful amenities. Breakfast offered a good selection, which I appreciated.
The elevator experienced occasional delays (it needed some maintenance).

Everyone who worked here provided excellent service. Bun Hong, Hong, and Phearum stood out with their really good communication in English. The hotel has amenities on the twelfth floor. They include a gym, skybar, and two saunas. I stayed in a VIP room on the tenth floor. It included three beds, four large glass bottles of water, and snacks.

i stayed in a beautiful double room. the room was clean and laid out well with a warm atmosphere. the rooftop lounge and pool are great and offer a nice view of the city.
i noticed the room and restaurant seemed a bit dated.
